Dr. Wolf-Ruthart Born, Secretary of the Foreign Ministry, will today for a two-day visit to Ukraine. During his visit to Kiev and Odessa on 17 until 19.02.2011 he will meet with the leadership of the Presidential Administration and the Foreign Ministry and representatives of opposition, the press and civil society.
