Dr. Guido Westerwelle Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs visited on 02 and 03 March 2011 Kiev, where he will meet with his Ukrainian colleague Hryschtschenko and with representatives of the opposition. He will also come with students of the Shevchenko University in conversation.
